Chef Tod and Jose, the founders, actively participate in all aspects of the business.

Chef Tod, Executive Chef is a graduate from the SF Culinary Academy with over 20 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
His style of cooking brings all the favors of California!

Chef Jose, Sous Chef has over 16 years in corporate and special event catering. He brings his expertise in Authentic Mexican Cooking and mouth watering BBQ.

Chanelle, Operations Manager, gained her experience working in the
hospitality & catering industry in both private and corporate settings. She has more that 10 years experience in all aspects of wedding, event and party services.
